Bear Naked, you have to be careful about listening to very much the little truck folks say because it really doesn't always pertain to the the 4500/5500's. My '07 has similar VIN and it's an LLY/LBZ transition engine and LBZ parts fit it. I ran into this when I bought mine and started doing stuff to it...:horsey:

2006-2007 engines have different ECM than 2004.5 to 2005 LLY engines.
