Hello everyone.....I need some advice.

What overhead gauge mount is recommended?
Which boost and EGT gauges work best?
Who in Southern California could do the install at a great price?

Thanks.

I think allot of people like the Trippin over head mount. Auto Meter, Isspro and Dipricol guages are all good. Sorry I can't help you with an installer, unless you want to take a road trip Ill help you, Im in eastern North Carolina.

Are the Trippin over head mounts the same as SoCal Diesels?

Same company?
Same person?

Yup, same same. Guy Tripp (Trippin on here) owns SoCal Diesel. That overhead gauge mount is a really nice piece. I would have got one for my truck, but I have an external speaker for my CB up there.

That looks great!!!!!!
Exactly what I'm looking for.

I'm unclear on why have the on/off switches.
Why not just monitor all the time?

The switches are for other optional equipment you may want to add. I believe you can get the mount without the switches too.

I saw that Huckstorf Diesel is carrying SportComp II gauges now.

What type of optional equiptment do people use the switches for?
I think I would get the gauge mount without switches, but curious what people use them for.

Thanks.

Body surfer, where did you purchase the gauges at?
SummitRacing but believe some vendors here now carry them.

My gauges on are the job full time and lighting comes on nightly (auto of course).

My 2 switches are wired done to the dash but are currently not connected to anything....yet ;) .
