This is a 1996 Chevy K3500(retired ambulance) with dual tanks. The grommet at the top of the fuel tank filler neck has come apart in the rear tank, and the front looks like it's not far behind. The neck is screwed into the grommet itself. I can't find the rubber grommet anywhere so guessing I'll have to buy the full square to which the neck can bolt (instead of just screwing into replacement grommet). I can't find one for GM though. Any idea what I need? Should I remove the 8 screws and measure the hole and estimate the angle then simply choose one that I think would fit? I think I need something like this this

You won't find a GM part for that as those were added on by an upfitter company. I would check with a heavy truck parts place or a RV parts place.

I was thinking the same thing unless it happened to be something that was used on the P vans.

Somewhere on the Ambulance body should be an Upfitter ID tag/plate. Look for that ID tag and try to contact the upfitter for any related parts for the body ( ie filler neck)
