Have a 04.5 and sent to the dealer with the check engine light on, they told me it was #1and #7 injectors,also the fuel pressure reg, so $1000.00 later picked up and guess what? same knocking noise at 15 to 1800 rpms, read all forums, checked the harness and change filters, also have the surging at idle,or when in tow haul mode,any sugestions?
