Fuel filter problems

889 Views 3 Replies 2 Participants Last post by  OkDually
So I just rebuilt my fuel filter housing with new “O” rings and bleeder screw. Had to unplug a couple sensors and what not to make it easier to pull the filter and housing out.. rebuilt the housing out it back in the truck and put everything back together plugged everything in and bled/primed the filter (or at least I think I did, correctly) went to start the truck back up and it cranked for a minute and started but right away I could tell something was wrong truck started throwing codes and was running super rough.. codes are p0205, p0202, p2149.. I don’t know what to do I don’t know if I got diesel on the sensor plugs and they aren’t ready or what someone please help thank you in advance!! 2003 LB7

Welcome

I would start by inspecting the engine wire harness. The Duramax is known for wire rub through issues.
