Ok so I asked before for any suggestions on fuel additives and have been using the Power Service grey bottle, 16 oz.'s and 8 oz's of 2 stroke oil with every fill-up, I run it down to about 1/4 to 1/8 tank every week, right away I noticed it running quieter and it was even a little cooler towing the racecar last weekend, though the temps are a little cooler outside, so no real data to compare that one with. My question now is Exhaust. I've been looking into SS's 4 inch turbo back kit. Thinking about splurging on the stainless kit, anybody else use this one in particular, or have any suggestions on a comparable kit? Any help is appreciated.

I have SSDiesel's 4 in turbo back in aluminized, and I like both the way it sounds and the knowledge that my exhaust is less restrictive. Leave the soot trap (catyletic converter) on the floor would be my only suggestion. IMHO, I see no need for stainless when aluminized will last almost as long.

Others have found cheaper systems from places like Warpspeed and other places too. Someone will chime in.

Take care,

Tony

I also don't think a diesel needs stainless exhaust, reg exhaust usally lasts the life of the vehicle on a diesel so putting it on our older trucks I feel is'nt necessary especially were you live.

Thanks Lineman, Looked them up this morning and saw they were selling what I was looking for on ebay so I decided to go with them, looks like a good product with warranty, can't ask for much more. Thanks for the input.
