2003 Sienna 2500 Dura/Allison, short box

What difference is there between the right and left hubs?
Had left hub replaced 05/05 and right hub 02/06. The cost for each hub was different (same garage/supplier) by $120. ???? Also, charge to install was higher for right hub installation $260 vs $144 ?????

Anyone know if differences above are justifiable. Much appreciated.

When I did my hubs, they cost me that same $200 apiece. I did the work myself and they are identical. That is odd that they charged you more!

Maybe it was more because they had experienced the PITA caliper bolts on the left one and wanted some "compensation" for having to do it again on the right one.

Seriously, the units are identical as well as the process for R&R, so something is fishy about the two different prices. They could have used two different suppliers for parts and that was the part price difference, but labor shouldn't have varied for flat rate or for actual hours. I'd ask the question.

I'm almost 100% that they are the same part#s for left or right, no difference in labor either.
