Anyone know of any adjustable louver kits to adjust (limit) airflow to the radiator to improve engine warm-up in cold weather? Either manual or controlled from the cab would be ok. If not, I guess I just have to build one. Thanks for any replies. (Taking off and on the factory cover is a real pain!!!)

Supposed to be really cold here, so I put mine on. I only use the upper part, so it took about 2 minutes to put it in place. I have found that the lower not necessary, although this winter might prove me wrong.

I found a local supplier in Danbury , CT called CAP City.

They have the LUND cold fronts and the cost is $79.99 plus CT Sales Tax.

Mine will be in on Monday.........around $84.00 out the door

Will post a PIC when I get it installed.

I have tried to find them(Lund Chrome) for the '04 GMC but no luck. Does anyone know if they have them for the new grill yet?

Hey John, what brand of cold front is that?

That is a Lund, but many companies are making fancy schmantzy flame, flag, etc. style cutouts for those not looking for maximum deflection.

Check out a Street Trucks or similar magazine...
