That was the most common ratio for the 9.25 front diff so should not be that hard to find or expensive. When its out of the truck its easy to replace the seal on the left output shaft. Just stand the whole thing on end so that shaft is facing up and you will likely be able to just yank it out. Maybe take a tiny bit of prying but shouldn't take much.
Mine has some play in it an seems to make a clicking noise at low speeds . Also have a wobble I’m trying to get rid off pretty sure it’s the pitman arm an idler arm . Just had the tranny an transfer case rebuilt last winter
