FPR failure vs CP3 failure

If you can log rail pressure just unplug the FPR and see what it does. Unplugging it defaults the pump to maximum pressure so what ever you get is the max. Your truck will run like crap with that much pressure but it will answer your question, or with a tech2 or EFI command max pressure and see what it can make. 23K or so and the pump is good.

FPR is much more likely than CP3.
