You will have to buy the assembly, I had the same problem. Couldn't find just a lens.

I noticed that my passenger side fog light is missing the lense, can I just buy a replacement lenses or is there no way of getting sealed on there?

Or do I just have to buy a whole new fog light assembly?

Might be cheaper to hit the junk yards.

Maybe you can just go to Tap Plastics and have them cut one out for you. I don't know if the lense would change color or distort, but it may be cheaper than buying a new housing.

yeah, I noticed the same thing on my truck last night. I took both fog lights out and I went to the local Auto Zone to see if they have the exact same thing cheaper or something to fit nicely in the slot provided on the bumper. Anyway, they looked it up and (hold on to your seats) it costs $84.99 fo rthe fog assembly! I just bought the bulbs and I went to the local hardware store and have them cut me a piece of plastic lenses for both of my fog lights. $2 a piece. Brilliant! ;)

I bought a new assembly on ebay for about $25 to solve the same problem last year.
