Having not to terribly long ago replaced my IP, I have know that timing is somewhere between "ok" to "WTF?". The truck runs decent enough, but I wonder if I am leaving something power-wise on the table. I cannot seem to get over 900 degrees on the pryo, no matter how hard I hammer it, and also, it's been an absolute nightmare to get started when cold since the change over.

So I have just loaded the new GMTDScan software onto my panasonic CF-18 toughbook (damn fine little computer, btw) and printed up GMCTD's top notch post on the subject

link

This weekend, I am going to tackle the holiest of holys, setting the timing on my DS4 6.5

I will post my thoughts on the matter on monday. Till then...

Well, I don't want to say good luck, or you'll think I got no confidence in ya.

On the other hand, if I don't say it, you'll think I don't care about ya.

Man, this moderator job can be tough, sometimes...............
