Any one with 4" exhaust with muffler useing a resonater. Would like a full 4" exhaust, not to loud, and no drone. I pull heavy.

Ramblinrodney,

Most folks with a 2004.5+ truck don't have any noise issues with a full system. I would try it with an MBRP or AFE system and see what you think. If it is too loud for you we can get you set up with a resonator that you mount up front and it really quiets any system down. We sell tons of them to LB7 owners.

Helmholtz resonator.

Redfish likes his:D
Do they make them for X wives too?

I often wondered if a resonator could be passed for a cat in an untrained eye.
Yes, I run one, had to the drone was a killer.

I have discussed this exact situation many times with Dmax drivers. If you replace your entire system with an aftermarket like MBRP or AFE, the font pipe has plenty of room in it to add the resonator. Running this resonator as far forward as you can will reduce the sound inside the cab, call if you need help.
