Exhaust Gas / pressure in coolant system ~1mo after head gasket repair.

(2014 LML) ~250k miles.

I had a head gasket job done 1mo ago. Had low coolant light ~100 miles after job was done, figured it was an air bubble so i filled her up to the brim with coolant and let the extra flow out.

~1000 miles later, woke up to her puking coolant in the garage the next morning.

low coolant again, notice small black residue in coolant tank, tested positive for exhaust gas in coolant system, pressure in coolant system after i drive, radiator hose soft after she cools down, but firm when she's running. basically same symptoms before i got the gasket job done, only difference is shes not holding pressure in the coolant system overnight.

not sure what gaskets mechanic replaced with, but did install ARP studs and machine work was done, did thermostats, water pump, EGR kit... i gave him a blank checkbook and he went the full 9 yards!

nothing done to truck other than a tune and deleted, so confused how i could have blown another gasket with ARP studs that can withstand 1200 HP and 90lbs of boost.

What are your thoughts? head gaskets? warped heads? should mechanic warranty his work?

Thanks

I would inquire if the heads were checked ( magnaflux) by a competent machine shop.
Gaskets could be the issue.
With only 100 miles on the work done, I would expect the mechanic to honor his work and correct any issues

10/4

should be worth noting that im experiencing blowby as well from the oil cap too.
Mechanic said he found a hose leaking and the coolant reservoir cap was bad. said the blowby was super minor and normal for a truck with my age and miles. after he replaced the reservoir cap, he said it was releasing gas correctly. would a bad reservoir cap push exhaust into my coolant system though? i.e. liquid changing from blue to green?
