Have read on hear by many that DIC does not show correct mileage when using programmer. Always shows higher mileage than actual. Running level 1. Have checked 2 tanks now and on both the DIC showed more gals used than I actually used. Thought the first was a fluke but today when I filled up the second also showed more by DIC than what it took to fill up. Wondering if anyone else has seen this. Was ave 17.1 before EVO in warmer weather. 1st tank got 18.5 2cond tank got 18.3 2cond tank had colder weather. Hand calc mileage on all. Filled tank to spout to take that variable out. Just switch to level 2 tonight to ck a couple of tanks on that. Route is rural roads and city driving.

Interesting that your DIC says you used more fuel than you actually did. Mine is always the opposite. I use more than the DIC shows. Also, are you still running the factory tires? I wish I couls get 18+ mpg. 17.5 is the best I have been able to muster so far, (8500 miles on th rig).

Running mine on Level 2 it shows that I use quite a bit less than I actually use. If you drive very light it will probably be pretty close. I am going back to Level 1 now that I have updated to 17.5 calibration and see if it is any better fuel mileage. So far I haven't noticed their "Economy" tune being any better. I am ready to try the new Quadzilla and see if they have a better mileage tune. My old quad did get a lot better but the LBZ is whole different animal.

Factory tires. Off road option. Don't know why my DIC reads more than I actually use. It was also doing same thing before I started using EVO. Have switch to level 2 to see if I get any better mileage.
