I just changed my fuel injectors on my 2002 6.6 duramax. Everything went very smooth, when I got it out back together it sounds very rough when running with come clicking. I thought it was error in the fuel lines so I let it run a while and took it for a small drive. It would accelerate. It is reading error codes P0088, P0089, P0090. I have checked the line in the back of the regulator. I have check to see if it is putting more oil into it from maybe a leaking return line. I am now checking for a rolled o-ring On the injectors. Any ideas what else could be going on or suggestions on what to look for?

The only guess I have is that the plug to the FPR is not attached properly. The regulator is not controlling the rail pressure correctly. It seems like it has something to do with the FPR...????
