For the last several months I have had 4 error codes that I cannot seem to get rid of.

P0405 - EGR Sensor
P0234 - Overboost Turbo Sensor
P1404 - EGR
P2227 - BARO Sensor

Any idea what needs to be done to remove these codes. Originally I only had one error come up which was P2227 so I replaced that sensor and now 4 codes pull up. I am lost and do not know what to do at this point. Do any of these codes set back any power and are any of them harmful if I continue driving the truck?

Not sure if I found the answer to my question but I found a Overboost code eliminator for code P0234 from PPE for $229.00 does anyone have any experience with this. According to what I read my turbo is currently being limited right now because of this code.

Also, would a EGR block off plate eliminate code P0405 and O1404 which are both EGR exhaust trouble codes? Now I'm stuck on what to do for the P2227 code any help would be greatly appreciated!

I also have the P2227 code come up sporatically. My dealer claims the aftermarket airfilters have oil on them that gets onto the MAS sensor and gives faulty readings. My error code will be on for a few weeks then off for a few. No problems with drivability so I just ignore for now. I will watch to see if anyone has more to offer as well.

yes, this should be cured with a boost stick, and egr blocker

I don’t know about clearing the code but have you tried taking your Edge off the truck? There have been a lot of problems with the LB7 Edge throwing code and or shutting down the vehicle. Mine started throwing over boost and crank position sensor codes. When I would disconnect it the truck would run fine as long as I had the Edge off (I tried it several time). Just a thought.

well my edge hasn't thrown any code the truck has died when cruising 3 times and i had lost fuel psi on 2 of them and the 3rd time my edge came unpluged due to an ******* wanting to win a race
