I have completed many mods (see below). What should my EGT and BOOST PSI be running at 70 mph and pulling 8000 pounds at the same speed? :)

i dunno the answer but if you have a heath tm your boost should at no time exceed 10-12lbs at most. mine with camper and boat if i recall was about 5lbs but not totally sure. Ed

Sorry, can't say.

Only you can tell that by looking at the gauges.

If it were possible to tell that stuff we would not bother with gauges.

Stock on mine is 12 psi max, never stayed there more than a second.
Cruising at highway about 4 psi.
Should be higher with a heavy load.

You should be cautious with going above 12 for any period of time.

EGT preturbo 1000F is a fair limit.

I appreciate it. I will turn the boost down. I love this truck. I surely do not want to blow this truck up. Is 1200 degrees to high also!!

IC is a charge air cooler also known as an intercooler.

For towing heavy loads a long distance an air to air intercooler is going to bring down the coolant temp, intake air temp, and exhaust gas temp to a safe level.
