It is not a problem. When you have the turbo timer set to on. You will get some false errors when you shut down. like service 4"x4". abs light. You can either just shut off the turbo timer, clear codes on startup, or just do not worry about it. They print these codes in the manual. The turbo timer is a nice feature. The codes did not bother me. They do not stay on either, just on shut down. I really like my edge. It is not efi, but I do not want break your tranny power. Not to say you safe in level 6 with the stock tranny either.

That's exactly what he's saying. When you turn off the key the truck continues to run and then the service 4x4 and ABS lights come on. When you restart the truck they are gone (no warning lights)
You can leave it at that or set the Edge to "Clear DTC Codes At Startup" to prevent the codes from being stored every time. It's not a big deal at all

This is exactly what mine does as well. I just see that this is not a problem. The next time you get into to the vehicle to go somewhere, all is fine.

I wouldn't bring the truck in to the dealer with all these codes stored in history. Clear them first or it will surely raise questions.

If you do not turn on the turbo timer, you will not set any codes or errors. If the turbo timer is set to on, you will get the service 4x4 warning & the abs light only when you turn off the truck. The turbo timer will keep the truck running & then the errors will happen. Very normal. The next time you turn the truck on the service 4X4 light & abs light are off. There are some stored codes, but just clear them before you bring it in to the dealer or set it to delete codes on startup. The codes are like a low votage codes. For edge to fix this small glitch they would have more wires all around the place & then it would be a pain in the butt to remove it & the price would have been higher. I personal have the turbo timer on & do not clear codes on startup. I want to keep my turbo cooling down.
