Personally I think Edge is having difficulty finding quality employees as they expand.
Almost a universal problem. Since the new Edge has to have a wire socket to plug the controller into, upgrading has a huge impact in shipping. New is no problem - one box, done, gone.
Returning your present Edge, either before or after the upgraded Edge is shipped, is gonna be a nightmare in shipping if it isn't done absolutely by-the-numbers correct. Incoming returns have to be matched to outgoing by serial numbe as well and that's a chore in itself. Though we're all real good at entering stuff into computers correctly (we never make misteaks, do we?) new hires take some time to teach and everybody transposes numbers occasionally.
Besides, Edge buyers have more patience than Predator buyers.
