My truck had the chirp squeek. After checking out the forums, I learned about the Duramax Chirp from other members. I got new pulleys and Goodyear Gatorback as everyone suggested. Just as an experiment, I tried the new pulleys with old belt first. The squeel was the same. I put the Gatorback on, and the chirp is gone. I am no longer embarrassed to pull into a drive-thru.

This proves that it pays to listen to other's experiences. Thanks everyone.

You said it Brother! I replaced every pulley up there and then was ready to replace my A/C compressor until I looked around on here. New Gatorback and no Problems! Thanks everyone!

I researched on here about the belt chirp and bought a Gatorback right off the bat, still no squeaks since the change, and I'm happy as a clam! There is so much to learn here, I love it.

I finally found mine at the third Autozone I called. Napa said they carried them also.

I bought mine at NAPA for $33.00. They had to special order it.
