The P2510 code is common on these conversions. It has to do with the ECM powering the TCM or the ignition powering the TCM. I cannot remember which way it is supposed to be. I still haev the code, I just turned it off with EFIlive. It hasn't hurt anything that I know of.
The U0106 code I only am curious if you used the Suburban fuse box or the donor fuse box? If you used the Suburban fuse box, did you add the large 12V+ cable and fuse to the front of the fuse box by the battery?
If that isn't it then I suspect you have a ground connection that is not making contact, it could explain the first 3 codes.
Thank you for replying, I used the suburban fuse box and yes I did instal the 12+ battery fuse in the front of the fuse box, I will double check all my grounds and clean them up hopefully that helps, once again thank you for your help, have a great day 🙏
