The part# for the plastic waffers that attach to the front and rear end of your bottom load leaf and minimize noise is #15604067 they are sold for about $2 each ..... I guess you don't need these but I want the numbers arcived for searches .....

There are also spring insulators available .... You can get them at GmpartsDirect or ask Eric "dmaxalitech" to HOOK you up ....

The part number is 15604174 and the GM List price is $28.22 each.....

After modifying my 3500’s rear springs by taking out the longest removable leaf and adding Air Lift Air Bags, I had a much smoother ride when running empty and no noise to deal with …. Jim
damn Mac, is that your truck? little salt on the roads in CT?
Nope no way...Mack is way to anal to have the frame on his truck look like that...if it was, that pic would include him "polishing the frame" Hell I never even spray underneath my truck...2 years later looks tons better than that pic......must be Tonys truck lol. just bustin bizalls
Actually on second thought I dont even think that pic is of a 2500 or 3500 only 3 leaf springs....Correct me if I am wrong, but I think my 2500hd has 4 springs and duallys have 3 on bottom and 2 helpers up top correct?.....

Mac,

Do the insulators do anything to reduce the slap you get from the overload spring when it contacts the rest of them? It looks like they might help?
