I have a ZF 6-speed and ever since 500 miles on it I have had a noise from the clutch area. It has had a new through out bearing/slave cylinder put in a while ago, and still made a squeaking noise along with a light clingcking sound. Then I had a new flywheel, presure plate, clutch plate, through out bearing/slave cylinder installed. It ran like brand new for about 2 days. Then started hearing DMF sounds again followed by a squeak when releasing or depressing the pedal. Now it has all the above and a constant squeak when the clutch pedal is pushed in, not even all the way, just when you begin to aply preasure to it it starts squeaking.
My question is do you feel it could be some thing with the tranny, like the input shaft, release bearings, or anything else in the tranny. I want to see if the dealer will put a new ZF in it along with everything in the clutch assembly including flywheel. Does this make sense to any techs to do this?
I realy want it to work the way it is supposed to for once in its life.
