My differenial has been leaking from the fill plug. I checked the torque spec and it was right on. Do I need to replace the plug?

The work was done at a shop a couple of month ago. I did pull iy out to check the level (it was o.k.). The plug did not have teflon tape on it, but it will when I get done with it.

Throw some teflon tape on it and you'll not have a problem.
