Measure reference height from hub center to wheel well opening (not to ground....)

jack up the truck to get weight off front suspension.

Scribe or mark adjuster nut reference to crossmemer so you can count turns. "tighten" both adjusters equally. 1 full turn is 1/4".

Lower vehicle and "bounce" then remeasure. Adjust as nessesary. Often trucks sit unlevel side to side.

Carefull with over extending shocks and leave 1/2" between upper control arm and frame mounted travel limitter bracket when on ground. You need some clearance for everyday driving.

They are in the cross member under the front doors. If you follow the torsion bars back you will see the crossmember, the bars go into the keys and the bolts go thru them.
