Ive been working on an 03 LB7 w/140k miles on it. Egr delete and after market oil cooled fleece turbo installed before I got it. Had all the signs of blown head gaskets so tore it apart and replaced them with arp head studs. Had heads resurfaced and replaced all o rings and gaskets associated with the install. Also both thermostats we replaced. Did not replace injectors as the rates were almost perfect. Now that everything is put back together I'm still getting a pressurized cooling system as it sits overnight and the heat in the cab works intermittently. Pulling my hair out as to what's next. Help would be greatly appreciated 🤙

Did you have the heads checked by a machine shop? You could have a cracked head.

Yes, said they passed testing

I have had heads checked and cracks were missed. Job had to be redone and head replaced. May not be your case but it does happen,

What about injector cup seals?
