Hmm, I would have the code pulled to see what set. Thats the first place to go and once we get the code, we can move on from there. I would also start planning a time to change that filter. 10k is the max I like to run them.. Since it cleared up, I have to wonder if you had some goofy fuel there. You will have to crack the bleeder in most cases to get anything to drain from the water seperator
