@OkDually cleared the codes and drove them around to replicate the problem. Nothing. No codes. I’m so confused.

I cant say on every tank, but this one has stanadyne fuel Additive.
Using a fuel additive with each tank is a must. Our old IDI engine Injection systems do not like the ULS Diesel fuel that is sold today..
Using too much additive can also cause problems. It can cloud the fuel and create problems with the Optical Sensor.

Have I screwed myself @OkDually....? I must admit there may have been a little too much in there... maybe 2-4oz too much?

You should be ok. Just top off the tank to thin out the additive then just run it. Next tank, add the appropriate amounts, and stick to it.

Check your fuel system out from tank to IP to make sure there are no air leaks.
