What year is your truck? (post in your Sig). How many Miles?
Could be a bad shock. OEM shocks suck.
Could maybe be a wheel bearing that many seem to replace at 60-80K miles. Driverside seem to fail more than passenger side. To check loose bearing, jack wheel off ground, grab top and bottem with hands, and rock back and forth to look for play.
Maybe a sway bar loose or something?
Just a couple guess'

Kind of sound like the intermediate streering shaft. Is it more noticable when you turn to the left? If you think that's it there is a quick and simple fix in Do It Yourself.

It could be a ball joint???? I had one go on my passenger side and it made a clunking sound. Just a thought.
