Where can I lay my hands on a set of chrome covers for my 6.5TD ???

There was a thread a little while ago started by Canadian Rigger (I believe) talking about chrome valve covers.

Do a search for CR's threads and you should find it. If it wasn't him, it was Chicago TD

Now that you mention that, I think you're right. I just remember the pic he posted and they looked kind of chrome. Polished aluminum I guess.

Maybe Peninsular? I see some of their 6.5TD boat engines in their pictures have chrome valve covers.
