If you don't like your 3 1/2'' pipe I have a 5'' with a 6'' tip in my garage. I love the look and the sound. But I do think that is standard. At least on the Duallies, mine was 3 1/2''.

I put an after market catback 5" chrome tip and intake from AFE and my truck is still quiet. I slight increase in turbo whine and a little more throaty exhaust tone when you get on it.

I just put on a "Gibson" 3 1/2" to 4" stainless 12" long "downturn" tip on my new Dually and it is sharp! Cost about 60 bucks but is worth the money. Just do a search on "Gibson" and their web site will give you some online stores carrying it. Remember 3 1/2 to 4 inch! length 12 inches...fits like a glove.

Just a thought: I bought a 3.5" to 4.5" tip from Summit to fit on my stock exhaust a couple years back, and the stock exhaust is just a tad bit bigger than 3.5" on the OD. Had to cut the tip down to where it flared out to the 4.5" to make it fit over the stock exhaust and weld it in place. The muffler guy told me it was likely 3.5" ID.

For what I spent on that tip, the install, and the flowmaster muffler, I could have just bought an aluminized MBRP 4" system (which I am currently running).

Like lock said, I'm not sure what the ID and OD of the stock system is, so you may want to measure it and your tip before you order anything. If you can't find anything dead on, you maybe able to get that one I posted earlier and take it somewhere to me expanded if needed.

Here is another one that has a measurement of 3.5 on the ID, http://www.sixstates.com/partlocations/partlocations.jsp?part=41894&supplier=WK

Here is one with a OD of 3.5 http://www.sixstates.com/partlocations/partlocations.jsp?part=41984&supplier=WK

More than likely you will want to have it welded on rather than clamped. Is your tip a clamp on or weld on?

I found a 3.5" to 5" tip on eBay (pic in garage). I may go to a 4" system when I wear this one out (haha). Until then I'll settle for the look only.
