I was washing my truck yesterday evening and one of my license plate lights broke. The tab that holds it in snapped off, so now its just dangling. Anyhow, I remember from my previous truck, it had chrome ones on there. I'm sure its a direct swap. Does anyone know if they'll work or if it has to be from a certain model? Part number? Thanks.

It will work, no problem. I put these on my truck, I liked the chrome better. Do you have the part number for the chrome ones? My buddy wants them as well.

That's what I was asking, if they fit and what is the part number?

I wasted no time. I went ahead and bought them and already installed them.

Scoggin Dickey - $11.17 each (probably $30 w/shipping)

GM Parts Direct - $8.43 each ($26.81 w/S&H:rolleyes:)

Local Stealership - $13.52 each ($29.27 w/tax)

Friend who works at a dealership - $10.14 each ($21.95 w/tax)
