Just wanted to say something positive about the 2006 Chevy Kodiak 4500, just completed a 7,000 mile plus trip pulling our Cambridge 5th wheel. The last leg of the trip was 1,675 miles the Kodiak ran all but 4 hours. We left Casa Grande Arizona Saturday at 1:30 pm local and arrive in Jackson Tennessee Sunday at 11:30 p.m local time. I think we got about 10 miles per gal. at 68 mph. The Duramax/Allison done a terrific job. And the ride was great, thanks to Link Air ride suspension and the Air ride seats. Just riding and guiding, great trip, just sorry we had to return early. GBY...

P.S. Thanks also to Chariot Vans Inc. for the upgrade, great job.

maybe if I slowed down to 68 I could get 10 mpg.... as it is I have never gotten better than 8.2 on any leg of any trip.
