New to the Diesel Place and its about time I found this Place. I have a 96 Hummer H1 with a 6.5 TD. I started to have pump failure and took some advise from you guys and relocated the FSD on a cooler. That solved the problem right away. Now my only problem is that Now I have rough acceleration and a lot of white smoke when I do so. Is it nesassary to retime the pump when changing the FSD to a Cooler. Also I dont know if it matter but It had a #9 resistor.
