I have the stock bose audio cd player and it will not play cd's when it is cold.. what is the deal with this?? When the truck and radio has been running a while it will work but it takes a while. Has this happened to anyone before?

How cold, I have seen this in some headunits at ~-10?

it doesnt even have to be that cold. it will do it at anything below 70 degrees. ive never seen any thing like this.

Try ejecting a disc....... I bet it is all fogged up. It is usually due to the heat of the player condesing humidty on the cold discs.......Happens ALOT up here in Canada.

It happens with my Panasonic deck all the time, best thing I could figure out is to take the CD out when you start the truck and let it warm up first
