Ive seen the CB installed here before in someones garage. Only the people that have tried to install something here will appreciate the trouble I went through in trimming to make the cobra 29 cb fit. Ive got to pull that bezel off and repaint it come spring. I somehow manages to scratch the paint.

Where/how Did You Mount The Antenna???

I used a mirror mount and hooked it to my tool box. I ran a ground wire from the mirror mount down to the frame right beside the gooseneck wiring.

My radio is in the same location, but my radio is smaller I think. It was more cutting than I wanted to do so I can just imagine with the 29 in there. Dang nice radio though!

hhuumm HD-Nate whats the valve for? Did you have to trim the console on the inside?

The valve is for my K5LA train horns.

Yes, had to cut out the mount in the back of the console where the 6 disk remote CD player would mount to for depth clearance.

Removed the tray part of the console all except about 1/2 an inch like this:
