Will be removing the calipers soon on my 04 HD. Need to know the size or part mumber of the copper ring that goes between the hose and caliper. My NAPA guy says he needs to see one to match it up. A bit tough driving thru town with no brakes!! Any info appreciated.

try a brake shop. they are all the same, as far as i know (worked at just brakes for a year).
also when you do this you will have to bleed out the brakes, which can be troublesome with ABS. dont over torque the banjo bolt(the one that goes from hose to caliper) cause its hollow. and you will need two copper washers for each brake you unhook, one on top one on bottom. alot of people miss the top one cause it sticks to the bolt.
