I bought a Bully Dog Rapid Power module a while back on an eBay auction. After I started having problems with it, I took it to a local diesel shop to have them send it in for me to be fixed. Much to my dismay, Bully Dog refused to even open the box because I bought it on eBay. I even offered to pay for the repairs. No luck. Is there anything I can do to get this thing fixed or am I just out of luck?

Have you tried to contact the seller? If you have paid with Paypal there are certain protections you are entitled to. Go to your original listing in My Ebay and see what the seller mentioned about warranty.

I did contact the seller who said he sold the module for "a friend." Of course, this "friend" has no original documentation. There was no mention of a warranty on the product but the listing did say the product was new in the box. I figured the factory warranty was implied, but Bully Dog won't honor it.
