My '06 4500 300/610 will not accelerate smooth. At about 1500 Rpm it starts bucking. I can punch it and it takes off with no surge. Is about the same loaded or solo. Seems to defuel slightly at about 2500 Rpm, just before upshifting, but really takes off after shifting. New fuel filter, pulls good if I will not linger or slowly accererate. I read about bad injectors, but no smoke, nothing mentioned on the bad injector thread search. Due to the rough roads and stiff springs, I have added extra springs to accelerator, thinking my foot was pumping the accelerator. No help!

Think truck is fixed. Took it to dealer today and found there was 17 updates that needed to be done to the engine. After the updates, it runs completely different.

Wish I knew how to keep up with updates when GM issues them.
