Ok...from what I've been told, the LLY EGR block-off plate is the same for the LBZ, so that's covered. Now...we're still waiting for a member on here to confirm that the Finger Stick will work for the LBZ. If so, then we should be good to go to block it off. My question is, besides eliminating buildup in your intake and motor, is there any other benefits from doing this? If I remember correctly, I read that it spools up the turbo faster and makes it whistle more. Is this true?

Also, how hard is it to block off? Does the entire EGR come out? If not, what all is removed? Thanks.

It take 5 minutes to block it off. No the EGR does not come off you are just placing a blocker plate where the exhaust joins the EGR Cooling chamber.

There are no real benefits other then no exhaust gas being recirculated.
