That sounds like a great deal. I got mine on the GM-S plan pricing. I think mine listed at 47.5 and I paid 39K before tax and license. I took the 0% 48 month deal instead of the $2500 rebate. I guess I could have said I paid 36.5 if I'd have used my own bank or paid cash.

Hmmm. I ordered mine with an eye toward price minimization, so my price is low, especially for CA.

$300 over invoice + taxes - rebates and incentives is $35,209. That is 20.3% under MSRP.

No trade. Cash.

2500HD crew cab 2WD D/A HDPP, split rear window, 5th wheel trailer hookup, power mirrors, and spare tire lock. 2nd trim level -- whatever the name is -- and no other options.

Of course I am in the 4th month of waiting for it, but that is another story.

Something is wrong there. I ordered a truck in CA, and got it in about 2 months.

There is no doubt something is wrong. The first TPW delay was understandable. The second one was apparently because of the split rear window (requires Deep Tint Solar Glass; requires heavy duty air cleaner). The third delay ... I have no idea why that happened. The fourth delay is one I am suprised others are not screaming about. The little bird told me there is a whole production lot of new Duramaxii parked outside the factory. They are waiting to be manually inspected due to a possible faulty batch of injectors. A guy, a wrech, a clipboard and 63 acres of trucks to check. No Duramax pickups are being shipped, regardless of what your dealer tells you or your transport termination date is scheduled as.

Soooo...the delay won't be in getting my just ordered truck built, it'll be in getting it SHIPPED because of the huge bottleneck/backlog of bayed trucks. This blows...

My MSRP was $47 and some change as well. Paid $37,110 which was GMS and rebate and GM to GM cash plus $1500 rebate. Also had to rollover negative equity from previous vehicle. Not a bad deal. I know I will never go back to a gasser.
