Has anyone installed a BD SuperMax turbo in an LLY? I assume it will bolt in?

Has anyone had any luck changing it without pulling the trans?

I would think that you sould have to get Fingers to make you a circut like they did for the LBY. When I spoke to Joe a few weeks ago at PPE he told me that he was working with clint at ATS on kits to put LB7 turbos on LLY's.

It can be done without pulling trans on an LB7. I think an LLY would be no different. EFI Live can handle the ECM end of it.

I think it is funny that a moderator posted this in the wrong section. 50 lashes with a wet rope for you):h

ECM programming is not an issue with EFI Live.

Max, I was thinking about doing it. Merchant said it shouldn't be a problem.

I put an A5k on an LLY last summer and we had some small issues, mostly with SES lights for turbo etc. With EFI live, those issues are gone. I see no problem doing it.

A list of the small issues:

1. LB7 guys get pissed when a LLY whoops on them

2. The semi like hiss makes you forget that your wallet is empty.

3. People call your truck an LBY

4. Dyno's break

5. Nobody believes you that it is "completely stock"
