Depends, need more information. If you do it like GM wants on the upper, you need the whole UCA. I believe that you can press them out and back in though. I am just having the dealership change them as long as they are under warranty...after that, I will just go to the cognito leveling kit.
They are pressed in. You can rent a press from a auto supply if you plan on doing it your self. I just replaced mine. Make sure you use a sledge hammer and a fork to remove the lower ball joint from the lower control arm because its a b!t*h.
