your cigarette lighter is also on this circuit with the inside cab lite. remove the ash tray and unplug the lighter wiring . i have had afew of them short out. also buy a circuit breaker auto reset fuse for tracing shorts , it will kick out , but it will come back on. check your voltage at the main stud on the firewall next to your power brake booster. sometimes just loosen this stud and check connections. recheck all fuses for being blown some of this stuff will back feed and give you a goofy voltage reading. i have a 85 6.2 manual with wiring loom pages.

check for loose and/or dirty connections,chafed wires ,bad grounds. some connections can looke ok ,so loosen and inspect. if all connections and grounds are good, start disconnecting the circuits one at a time until you can clear the trouble . once it is cleared trace the circuit in question to find the fault.
