How many miles do you have?
I am at 96K and mine just happened.

Using 4wd does not matter. It'll happen anyway.

My 03 had 159 when I bought it, and I bought it with the hole, unknowingly!

I bought the pump upgrade from M/A, and waiting on my buddy's lift to get reapired then I going in to fix it for good.

Good to hear you got the repair parts and ready to install. I'm ordering from Eric next week. Have you come accross R&R procedures for the T-case and instructions to break the case down.
This problem is full of questions on how to remove, and access the pump housing but no one has posted. Eric was in the process of instructions but he's so busy in the shop I'm sure he hasn't had time to complete them.

No instructions, but Eric said it is easy, a couple of snap rings, the hard part is removing the case from the truck to do the work.

If the lift gets fixed, and I get the install done, I will post what I find out as to the steps I follow, into the uncharted territory for me.
Just take apart, do not force anything, and reverse the proceedure, should be all there is to it.

Its simple, drop the 2 drive shafts, and crossmember, unbolt it from the tranny, take the half off, pop the top snap ring off and there you have it....typed it pretty fast
