has anyone else having problems with that little hose above the water pump leaking. ive replaced it twice now and im still having anti-freeze leaking out of there, any ideas to fix it or any easier way to replace it?
I've replaced quite a few and never seem to have any problems after...You using screw type hose clamps? The reason I ask is sometimes they can be overtightend and cut into the hose itself. Just a thought.
And you can remove that idler by the 5(I think) bolts its mounted by. Don't know if you knew that or not.
ya i am using screw type hose clamps and didn't think about it cuttin the hose. so what type do you use? and ya i knew you could take the idler off to make it easier. but how do you get the hose to slide on there easier, ive tried grease and that didn't seem to help much. thanks again
