I have just under 21k on my '06 LLY and the 2-3 shift absolutely annoys me (has since new). It falls on its face every time...even with my Predator. It almost feels like riding with someone not very good at driving a manual trans. between shifts...although it's not a major jolt, it does make my body lean forward a little and then off it goes like normal. I mentioned it to the dealer shortly after it was new and they "couldn't recreate the condition described." Any ideas?

That normal! my truck defuels on "ALLl" shifts, Mine use to be a little quick and I hated it, had my taps cleared, w/tripledog installed, and now it defuels on all shifts, and I cant get rid of it, even w/the programmer out, but thats normal for the tcm/ecm to do that.

Thanks for the reply. Does everyone else have this same issue? If so, I guess it will continue to annoy me...

Yep, and the Predator made it very noticeable (and annoying)! It is not noticeable if my foot is over about 2/3 throttle, however, but this is hard on fuel to drive that way all the time.

Banks does it also, It does this to save the tranny from all that slamming horsepower and torque. :) build the tranny them find a program that will eliminate the defueling even though from what I read that in not a good idea......

try bully dog shift enhancers for your vale body, mine feels alot better. Pain is the @$$ to install though. I even had to shave one valve down to to get it in the port. gay.

No, don't waste your money on this. If you want something to help your transmission do the transgo jr.
