Once again SoCal Diesel has brought to market an awesome addition to their line of custom made pieces .........
I designed a plate for the C1/C2 rotating assembly that will make the R&R of that pesky snap ring easy now.
The plate is set up so a piece of 3/4" threaded rod can be inserted through the rotating assembly and can be used to walk the C2 spring cage down with very little effort.
The slots are designed for 1/4"`3"-6" long bolts that can be locked down with a nut and washer. This will allow you apply even pressure on the C2 spring cage in four spots. They are adjustable out of the center so they can be placed where you need them to be.
The only local items needed are a piece of threaded rod, a large fender washer, a locking nut and a regular nut and small flat washer.
