p0700 is a ganeral code sent to the ecm by the tcm when the tcm detects a problem in the circuits between it and the trans or an internal problem in the trans. the other two codes relate to the pressure switch manifold in the trans and the wiring between it and the tcm. pressure switch "d" and the reverse pressure switch. I suspect a couple of rubbed thru or broken wires between the trans and the tcm. check at the back of the trans for broken wires and also where the harness jumps from the frame over the front driveshaft to the trans. those two areas seem to be the most problematic for rub thrus or broken wires. you may have to take the pan off to check for broken wires in the trans as well. good luck
